By using Fluto Chat you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Fluto Chat offers free live rooms where people practice languages by video, voice and text chat. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

3. Behaviour

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, nudity, sexual content, spam and illegal content are forbidden.
• Do not record other participants without their consent.
• Room owners can remove participants. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Content

Conversations happen peer-to-peer and in real time. Text messages are kept only in memory while the room exists and are not stored permanently.

5. Advertising

Fluto Chat is free and supported by advertising.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the new version.
